Reed Shot It brings a complete professional Pop-Up Portrait Studio directly to events across Sussex, Kent and surrounding areas.
Our 3m × 3m mobile studio includes professional lighting, backdrop, photographer-led portrait sessions and on-site 6×4 printing. We photograph families, couples, children and pets, with professionally edited digital photographs available afterwards.

The studio is ideal for dog shows, family fun days, charity events, community fairs, corporate events, seasonal celebrations and festivals.

Unlike a traditional self-service photo booth, every portrait is taken by a professional photographer with posing guidance and studio-quality lighting. The setup can also operate fully self-contained without mains electricity.

Do you have rules for hiring?

Event dates are secured with a 25% non-refundable booking deposit. The remaining balance is agreed before the event. Public events, markets and charity collaborations may operate on different terms depending on the format. Final requirements including access, space and event timings are confirmed before booking.

How early do clients need to hire the services?

Ideally, bookings should be made at least 2 weeks before the event to allow time for planning and logistics. Short-notice bookings may still be possible depending on availability, so please feel free to enquire.

In which places of reference do you mostly work?

Based in East Sussex and available throughout East Sussex, West Sussex, Kent and nearby areas of Surrey. Most bookings are within approximately 60 miles of Eastbourne, although further travel may be considered for suitable events.
